Do you find yourself struggling to keep up with daily life? Life can be challenging, and sometimes we can easily become overwhelmed and trapped in our own negative thoughts. Whether you are seeking therapy to improve your overall wellbeing, or improve a specific area of interest, I am happy to accompany you on your journey.

I understand that each person is unique, and my goal is to help empower you to be able to achieve your goals. My collaborative approach to therapy begins with fostering a strong therapeutic relationship, providing a safe and supportive environment, and creating space for processing, reflection, and healing. I utilize a holistic approach to therapy, integrating multiple evidence based modalities based on each person’s individual needs. Some of the most common therapy based interventions and modalities I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Humanistic, Person-Centered, and Strengths-Based.

Virginia graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Master of Social Work (MSW) and Clinical Social Work Certificate.
