believes that everyone deserves a space where they can show up fully, and receive unbiased and unconditional support. Whether it’s your 1st or 100th therapy session, you are already doing incredible work to grow and heal. Her role as a therapist is to support you in that journey through compassionate listening and gentle accountability.

Trauma and mental health issues are often products of the power structures we live in. As both therapist and a client receiving therapy, Arielle has seen how often mental health services reinforce these power structures. She is continuously working to provide an affirming space for her clients of all identities and life experiences. Outside of session, she is committed to fighting for transparency and equity in the mental health field at large.

Arielle’s therapy approach integrates principles from CBT, DBT, somatic therapy, and feminist theory. Arielle has worked with adults, teens, and couples of all relationship types (monogamous, poly, etc.). Her areas of interest include LGBTQ+ identities, anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, and family issues.
