A key part of healing is first validating the feeling. By human design, sometimes we need to feel heard and understood before finding solutions. I strive to provide an all-inclusive safe space so we can work together to explore, process, and externalize all the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that make you, you.

Using a person-centered approach, I incorporate mindfulness techniques and mind-body-spirit connection during our work together. I come to every session with a warm and empathetic energy, always inviting you to come as you are. We are a complex balance of dark and light and all parts of you are accepted.

I specialize in LGBTQIA+ issues, anxiety, and depression.

I am pursuing a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. While in school, I was a Mental Health Counselor Intern for an Intensive Out-Patient program for Substance Abuse. After graduating, I plan to work towards attaining licensure.
