Are you or someone you care about feeling overwhelmed, withdrawn, more irritable than usual, or just not quite like themselves lately? Maybe there’s been a noticeable shift—disrupted sleep, changes in appetite, falling behind in responsibilities, or just a persistent sense that something’s off. If so, take a breath—you’re in the right place, and I’m here to help.
Hi, I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. Whether you’re a teenager navigating the pressures of school and identity, a young adult managing relationships and transitions, or someone a bit older trying to balance life, work, and wellness, therapy can be a powerful tool for growth and healing. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in supporting people ages 15 to 60 who are experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside you in that process.
Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all. After a thoughtful and collaborative assessment, we’ll choose the approach that fits your unique needs and goals. This may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Attachment-Based Family Therapy, or a combination of evidence-based practices tailored to your experiences. I show up authentically—expect a blend of warmth, humor, honesty, and a deep respect for your lived experience. We’ll tackle the tough stuff, but I also believe therapy can be energizing, hopeful, and even fun.
My clinical focus includes helping individuals and families facing depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, identity exploration, family or relationship conflict, and trauma. I have specialized training in WPATH Standards of Care, gender identity and sexual orientation, and the effects of systemic issues such as poverty and housing instability. My approach is always trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and culturally responsive. I also bring a deep commitment to supporting BIPOC clients, LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent folks, and people with disabilities.
If something in this profile resonates with you—whether for yourself or someone you care about—I’d love to connect. Let’s talk and see how we can work together to get you (or your loved one) back on the path to feeling whole again.
