Do you feel like stuck in the same pattern of behaviors, situations, thoughts and emotions?

Are you to the point where you feel like enough is enough and that you are ready for a change?

Well, I’m here to tell you that you have the power to change the things in your life that does not bring you happiness. You are the creator of your own reality and driving force to making life as beautiful as it can be.

I strive to create a safe space where you can express yourself freely without judgement and are listened to with compassion, empathy, understanding, and genuine care.

Our therapeutic relationship will be one that is collaborative to help you with self-exploration and growth.

My goal is to empower and motivate you to reach self-actualization. I use concepts from different theoretical approaches to help address your unique experience. I want you to know that you are not alone, you are deserving and that change is always possible.
