“Baby, you don’t have to know exactly who you are because figuring it all out could be the best part.. It’s so worth the fall when you land where you want to!”

– Tori Kelly (Daydream)

Feeling unheard? Feeling misunderstood? Feeling lost or abandoned? Feeling like time has passed you by and you’ve missed the mark? Feeling unmotivated? Or like you’ve lost yourself?

If so, then, I am who you’ve been searching for! My name is Tina and I pride myself in being able to provide the safest space possible for clients to authentically be themselves without judgment. With me, you are able to unload what you feel has taken up so much space in your life. I’m fun, I’m optimistic, I’m energetic and while working together, clients are encouraged to take their lives back. I offer a holistic person centered therapy approach that focuses on aligning the mind, body and spirit. All while allowing  client’s the space to grow, feel heard, and accomplished.

I am currently completing my Masters of Social Work degree at the University of North Florida. I have worked as a rehabilitation therapist with the intellectually/developmentally disabled, as well as Support Specialist at the University of North Florida. There I provided conflict management/resolution services, student conduct support, and care services for students on campus.
