We are a clinical counseling practice providing therapy to clients both in-person and online. Licensed therapists have a Masters degree or higher in the fields related to individual, family and couples counseling. All therapists are state licensed, and have additional speciality certifications.
Our therapy options are vast. We believe in offering therapy in a setting that makes you comfortable, which can be traditional or non-traditional. Whatever your preference, we believe your comfort in the setting helps encourage a dynamic where you and your therapist are in a space that fits your needs.

Payment & Insurance
The standard professional fee is $125 per session. We accept self-pay and insurance, including out of network plans. Insurance usually covers the professional fee, minus any deductibles or co-pays. Most plans have out of network benefits that can be accessed, giving you more freedom to choose where you go. Once you make an appointment, your therapist will reach out to you via email or phone to introduce themselves and touch base with you before the appointment.
If you would like to talk to a therapist before making an appointment, please feel free to request that. We want to ensure it’s a great fit between you and your therapist, and that you are happy with our services.
We are in network with:
Aetna, Allied Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Compsych, HealthLink, and United Behavioral Health, and Optum.
Even if we are not in network with your insurance, most insurance plans have out of network benefits. Our office will submit claims on your behalf and will look into your out-of-network benefits – don’t let your insurance type get in the way of getting help.
As a part of TGC Foundation’s mission to help improve access to mental health in our local communities, we offer sliding scale services and work with Medicaid.
You can also use your Flex card or HSA, cash, check or debit/credit card. Payment is due at the time services are delivered. We bill, set appointments and complete intake paperwork through an electronic health platform – you’ll be sent instructions for registering with our practice. Electronic paperwork must be filled out in order to keep your appointment.
