For a minimum donation of $350, you’ll receive a private 2-hour Pony Party with one therapy pony that comes to you. Want double the magic? A $450 donation brings both Oreo and Coco to your celebration. Our calm, friendly therapy ponies and trained handler travel to your approved outdoor location for a meaningful, hands-on visit filled with joy, connection, and photo-worthy moments.
For your donation, your Pony Party includes:

Unlimited photos and videos with the pony
One printed & framed 4×6 photo of the birthday child, family, or group
There are children in our community who need mental health support and can’t get it — not because care doesn’t exist, but because their families fall through the gap. Too much income for Medicaid, not enough for real insurance. Your donation helps change that. The pony party is simply our way of saying thank you.
Your Party with a Pony is designed to bring excitement, joy, and connection to guests of every age. Children, teens, adults, and families enjoy meaningful time with Oreo and Coco — our therapy ponies who love kids, adults, and new adventures!
One or both ponies may attend your event depending on your donation level and availability. Our team will confirm which pony or ponies will be joining your celebration.
This Pony Party experience is offered as a donation-tier gift in kind that directly supports mental health care for uninsured and underinsured children in our community.
A minimum tax-deductible donation of $350 reserves your 2-hour Pony Party with one pony. A donation of $450 brings both Oreo and Coco to your celebration.
Travel within 15 miles of the Oswego ZIP code is included; additional mileage is $1 per mile round trip (see details above).
Your reservation is finalized once our team confirms availability, safety, and your event details.
You’ll receive a 501(c)(3) donation receipt for your records, and 100% of your pony party donation goes toward closing the mental health coverage gap for children and families who can’t afford care.
On the day of your event, our handler will:
Arrive early to unload, prepare, and settle the pony
Walk your group through simple safety guidelines
Introduce guests to the pony at a comfortable, unhurried pace
Let the Pony Party Begin!!

Coordinate and clean up, smoothly with your event timeline
We design every visit to feel calm, supportive, and memorable.
Because we work with live animals outdoors, safety always comes first. If there is severe weather (lightning, storms, ice, deep mud, or extreme heat/cold), we may not be able to bring the pony.
If conditions are unsafe:
We will reschedule your visit to a new date.
Our team will help find the next best time that works for you.
Your donation continues supporting TGC’s mental health access programs and is not refunded, since this is a charitable, donation-tier experience. This is unlikely to happen, as we have plenty of spaces in which we can make your party a success!

To help your Pony Party run smoothly and safely, we ask families to provide accurate information when booking—such as expected guest count, ages of children, accessibility needs, special accommodations, and any sensory or safety considerations for your child or group.
Good communication helps us prepare the right pony or ponies, staff support, and setup so your celebration is relaxed and enjoyable. If anything changes before your event—guest count, location, time, or special needs—please let our team know as soon as possible. This allows us to adjust plans and make your child’s experience as magical as possible.
