“I Can Feel The Changes…”

Life changes and transitions can feel never-ending and as they say, “the only constant is change”. If you are noticing a change in your relationship, sexuality/identity, mood, or all of the above, then therapy might be worth a shot. Utilizing evidence-based techniques, I work with individuals and couples struggling to cope with all that life can throw at them.

I specialize in helping teens and adults ages 16-35, utilizing techniques based on Mindfulness, Cognitive/Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method. With this knowledge and experience, I am equipped to walk you through your relationship and communication issues, identify stressors and provide real-world, hands-on solutions. My work is inclusive to those with alternative and LGBTQ relationships. For individuals, I can treat those going through difficult life transitions such as divorce or loss and questioning of sexuality/gender/orientation. Finally, I also work to help those suffering from depression, anxiety, mood, and personality disorders.

I am a Florida native, based in Jacksonville since 2007. I am an MSW graduate of Florida State University, holding my License in Clinical Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. I have been providing services for the last 7 years to individuals, couples, children, and adults in a wide spectrum of settings. My experience and education have allowed me to gain a broad understanding of the social systems and their impact on individuals and communities and I work to help this inform my practice, aiming to provide an all inclusive environment, creating a truly judgment-free, safe space.
