Hey! How are you?
No, really, how are you?
Sometimes we may feel embarrassed or ashamed about talking about our mental health. Or we may not even know how to put what we feel into words. Therapy can help gain insight as to who we really are, what we are going through, and what we want out of our lives. If you have been feeling this way, then you are in the right place.
I offer services that help with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Not only can you expect a therapeutic presence, but I can guarantee you that you will be welcomed with warmth, compassion, and unconditional positive regard.
In addition to services that help with anxiety, depression, and trauma, I also help with relationship issues, sexual trauma, family conflict, stress management, infidelity, grief, suicidal ideation, and parenting.
I obtained a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North Florida in 2021. I am currently working towards my Master’s in Social Work. I have experience working in a campus community mental health setting with college students and with patients who have a cancer diagnosis.
