K-12 Partnerships

Transformative Growth Counseling (TGC) centers on the 5 principles of Social Emotional Learning:

  1. Identifying Emotions
  2. Self-Perception
  3. Understanding Strengths

   4. Self-Confidence

   5. Self-Efficacy

TGC offers partnerships with K-12 schools to offer programs specifically tailored to suit your school’s needs. We work closely with current social work, counseling, and administrative staff to improve existing services, or offer full services and staff to schools with no existing mental healthcare infrastructure.
