“Every person is born with a seed of greatness.”
~ Myles Munroe

One single sunflower can be grown and nourished enough to produce over one thousand seeds. If you relate this to our healing journey, the seeds can represent our thoughts. Each seed, if properly addressed and nourished, can have the potential to evolve and blossom into a strong, bright and tall sunflower one day.

Through using evidence-based practices, Briana partners with clients on their journey to help water these seeds as they reclaim their purpose and connect with their higher version of themselves. Briana has a background in psychology, sociology, criminal justice, and social work with strong interests in holistic, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based approaches. Briana is devoted to incorporating these approaches when assessing potential mental, physical, and spiritual factors that may impact a person’s well-being. Briana can effectively connect and communicate through her work that she does with her clients from a nonjudgmental and benevolent lens that fosters a relaxed, trusted, and safe environment for all.

I am currently completing my Master of Social Work at Tulane University. Previously, I have experienced working in a residential based treatment setting in a case management role and as a crisis counselor in a crisis intervention role.
