It is our innate human desire to be heard and express ourselves to be able to feel connection with others. Rebecca specializes in working with couples who wish to have better communication or heal from a triggering event, and with individuals who have had adverse childhood experiences.

From a trauma-informed lens, Rebecca creates a safe and therapeutic space for individuals and couples to identify and healthily express big emotions – whether it be anger, fear, joy, or sadness – knowing that these are typically emotions we often try to minimize. Rebecca also accounts for space to support individuals and couples in communicating their needs and boundaries effectively in relationships – including romantic, family, friendships, and professional relationships.

Her mind-body holistic approach is designed to help clients find confidence, identity, and purpose in different aspects of their lives. She also helps her clients tap into their underlying needs and desires to accept positivity (body and mind), pleasure, and joy within oneself and through connection with others.

Rebecca is LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex positive, and has experience working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual trauma (both childhood and adult). She also has experience working with substance use and addiction-related issues. She has completed the “Art of Love” training in the Gottman Method, a renowned method of couples counseling founded by Dr. John and Julie Gottman.
