What’s your story?

“We can’t choose where we come from, but we can choose where we go from there.”

― Stephen Chbosky, The Perks of Being a Wallflower

I am passionate about empowering my clients to explore their passions and overcome their hardships. My therapeutic approach focuses on empathy, evidence-based interventions, and most importantly client feedback. You know your story best, and I will tailor my approach to every client! No one is like you, so your treatment will be as novel as you are.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from New College of Florida and am in the final semester of my Master’s of Social Work program at Florida State University (FSU). From 2020 to 2021, I volunteered for Crisis Text Line and messaged with people across the United States experiencing crises. Last year, I worked at JASMYN as a Mental Health Intern, conducting one-on-one therapy and mental health intakes with teens and young adults ages 13-29.
