Meet Ashley Patterson, M.S., Clinical Therapist! Ashley Patterson is dedicated to guiding individuals towards breaking free from negative thought patterns and finding empowerment through therapy. With a focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, Ashley helps clients cultivate awareness of their thoughts and behaviors to foster positive change, believing in the power of mindfulness and cognitive restructuring to transform lives. Ashley Patterson holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. With certifications in Mindfulness, DBT, and CBT, Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice. She has seven years of experience working with children and families in school and community settings, specializing in behavioral issues and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). For the past four years, Ashley has provided individual and couples counseling in private practice, focusing on anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
