Have you noticed patterns that leave you feeling hopeless, disconnected, or heartbroken?

My therapeutic approach is to meet people with unconditional acceptance and care while using Relational Cultural Theory. Together, we can explore patterns, your identities, dismantle guilt and shame, and cultivate trust within yourself.

As a white, Mexican American, queer, cisgender woman, I offer my solidarity and intentional awareness of how your intersecting identities impact your mental health and lived experiences.

We can all benefit from strategies that help us connect to others and feel a part of a community.

I offer services in Spanish and English.

I am studying to obtain my Master of Counseling, Specializing in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adler University. Formerly, I worked as a labor organizer alongside low-wage workers to ensure access to quality jobs and build worker power in order to uphold and improve workplace standards.
