My approach to therapy is to foster a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. I believe in a strengths-based and collaborative approach to therapy. As your therapist, we will build upon your strengths in order to empower you to face life with your best foot forward. Together, we can build a plan that makes you feel safe, is unique to your experience and celebrates your identity.
