Everyone needs support from time to time. Therapy can help you create space to gain insight, self-reflect, and move with the change you are seeking. I am dedicated to supporting you in facing the challenging parts of yourself, as well as fostering resilience and self-efficacy.
My therapeutic approach is holistic, person-centered, and integrative. I strive to meet my clients where they are, honoring each individual’s history and context. For me, effective therapy happens when the client is able to be their authentic and genuine self and align their life with their values. Through this process motivations can be recognized, goals can be set, and we can grow into the selves that we truly are.
I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adler University. My professional and educational background focuses heavily on the arts and crisis response.
