We are all learning to adapt and thrive in this digital age due to the social and political impacts we face, and with this our mental health suffers. I primarily work with teens and adults who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community and their families and loved ones. I hope to create a therapeutic environment that allows for a safe space to unburden yourself from expectations, guilt, shame, and trauma. As a clinical social worker, I focus not only on just the person and their strengths, but what are the external systems working for against your journey. I am dedicated to a client centered and trauma informed perspective and believe compassion and empathy goes a long way.

In addition to working with individuals on their gender affirming journey I work with clients who are living with anxiety, depression, and trauma survivors. My focus areas include: life transitions, self-esteem, family conflict, grief, relationship issues and religious trauma.  I also have LGBTQIA+ lived experience.

I invite clients to come as they are and enjoy connecting with humor and directness. I look forward to working and holding space for you while you travel through this chapter in your life.
