Find someone you would feel comfortable meeting. Talk to your therapist however you feel comfortable, whether by text, chat, audio, or video. You can expect the same professionalism as an in-office therapist.
Oreo and Cocoa, our miniature therapy ponies, love to visit. However you book them, each visit is a Gift in Kind that helps fund free and reduced-cost mental health care.
